EEU Personnel Consulting focuses primarily on technical and engineering placements.

We are specialist recruiters and suppliers of technical staff, including:

Our Services:

• We deal with the sourcing, recruitment and placing of all levels of engineers, technicians, artisans and supporting personnel into permanent positions. Other professions are accommodated on a lesser scale.

• We act as an agent for supplying industry with contractors to tide them over peak periods when permanent employment is not feasible. We go through the same motions to fill contracting positions as in the case with permanent positions.  This means that the client still chooses for him or her from a short-list and interviews until satisfied.

Our Rates:

• No charge is made by EEU to the client until the client actually employs a successful applicant.

• For permanent placements EEU charges 12 % of the successful person’s annual package. This then only include monthly salary times twelve, 13^th cheque and car allowance if applicable. Where companies offer all inclusive cost-to-company packages, the EEU rate drops to 10 % of annual cost-to-company.

• For contract placements EEU charges, as labour broking fee, R5.00/h if the offered wage is less that R50.00/h, or 10% of the actual wage if more that R50.00/h. Where companies prefer paid public holidays and paid statutory leave to be included in the labour broking fee, this fee increases to 27.5 %.

• They are qualified, experienced, hands-on professionals.
• They are familiar with the environment; the engineering scenario, the technologies, the people and their typical cultures.
• They acknowledge the significant and often misunderstood differences amongst the qualifications obtained at the different tertiary institutions.
• Applicants who look good on paper, but who are not exactly what they claim to be, do not easily mislead them. This usually surfaces early during the interview.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee our permanent placements for the first three months, if our invoice has been honoured within 30 days nett.
